Reservation Information

The Singapore Hotel Association (SHA), in supporting the 117th IOC Session Singapore Organising Committee, has developed the following room reservation system to better serve the needs of the media. All reservation requests by media delegates will be handled by SHA only. Please direct all questions and correspondence to SHA at the numbers listed below.

Reservations are taken on a first-come-first-served basis and you are kindly advised to return your completed reservation form before 20 May 2005. For any request received after the cut-off date of 20 May 2005, SHA may not be able to confirm a room.

3. Bank draft or International Money Order

To be made payable to "Hotel Reservations (S'pore) Pte Ltd" in Singapore Dollar and drawn from a Singapore bank, and send to the "Singapore Hotel Association" at 21 Bukit Batok Street 22 Singapore 659589. Please refer to underlined clause under "Deposit Requirements".

Deposit Requirements

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of one night payment for the hotel requested. Deposit must be received within 14 days from the date of processing of the hotel reservation form. For payment by bank draft or telegraphic transfer, deposit payment must reach the Singapore Hotel Association not later than 3 June 2005. Room reservation can only be guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. All bank charges, commissions etc. (local and overseas) for remitting and/or clearing the bank draft, telegraphic transfer or money order, will be borne by the delegate.

Cancellation / No-Show / Changes

Any change (name changes, arrival/departure revisions, etc.) or cancellation should be made in writing to SHA. Any cancellation received after 30 May 2005 will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of a no-show on the specified date of arrival or a late arrival, the deposit will also be forfeited.
